About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized stays for hotel guests. You will guide guests through every step of their visit, handling requests, operational tasks, and sharing local highlights to enhance the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that support guests throughout their stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share information about local attractions and amenities to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
