As Head of Product – Credit, you will lead one of the most strategic product domains at Yakeey: mortgage financing. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the credit product vision, streamlining the end‑to‑end financing journey—from loan application to notary signing—through close collaboration with partner banks, agents, end users, and internal teams such as Cockpit, Mobile, and AI. You will drive the credit roadmap, manage a dedicated product team (PMs, POs, Product Ops), and ensure coherence across interfaces used by clients, agents, and partners.
Your role will involve owning and executing the credit product roadmap, including application, scoring, pre‑approval, exceptions, and notary workflow. You will manage and coach a dedicated Credit Product team, ensuring fluidity between end‑user, agent, and partner banking journeys. You will oversee the integration of credit tools into the agent cockpit and client mobile app, collaborate with operations (Run teams) to improve approval rates and reduce processing time, and evolve the product based on field feedback, user behavior, and partner inputs. You will align cross‑functional stakeholders (Tech, Data, Legal, Sales, Ops) around shared priorities.
To succeed in this high‑impact role, you should have 6+ years of product management experience, including a solid background in credit, fintech, or banking. You should have proven experience leading and growing product teams, strong cross‑functional alignment and stakeholder management skills, and be an analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong ROI culture. You should be customer‑ and business‑oriented, with attention to detail and clear execution ability, and comfortable interfacing with both internal teams and external partners.
