Head of Quality Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking a strategic leader to head its Quality Management function. You will drive quality excellence across our automotive wiring systems, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Quality Management unit, meeting defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and lead quality initiatives, setting standards, governance, and processes.
• Define and control budgets for quality‑related activities.
• Oversee multiple quality teams, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management or related fields.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
