Head of Supply Chain and Operations

About the role

The Head of Supply Chain & Operations will lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management and order fulfillment to drive operational performance across the country. Reporting to the Country General Manager, you will shape the supply chain strategy and build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement activities and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Ensure effective inventory management and continuous supply availability.
• Lead logistics, warehousing and distribution operations to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive cost optimisation, improve delivery performance and enhance service quality.
• Mentor and develop supply chain and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing, logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in both French and English.
