Health, Safety, Environment & Facility Manager (m/w/d)

About the role

The Health, Safety, Environment & Facility Manager will lead and develop HSE and facility functions for our manufacturing site in Tangier or Salé, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSE management, implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and root‑cause analysis.
• Organise safety training, awareness programs and emergency response activities.
• Manage environmental protection programs, waste management and hazardous substances.
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance of electrical, HVAC, water, wastewater and compressed‑air systems.
• Plan and supervise renovation, modernization and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Ensure completion of inspections, audits, certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Drive sustainability, energy management and operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HSE, facility management or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience with team development, performance management and budget responsibility.
• Automotive industry experience required; wiring harness manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental, fire protection and facility‑related regulations.
