Helpdesk Senior Associate – Remote (Morocco)

About the role

NTT DATA Services is looking for a Helpdesk Senior Associate to provide first‑line technical support to users across Morocco. The role is remote and focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, network and peripheral issues while ensuring high availability for all end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, investigate and resolve user‑reported incidents, documenting each step.
• Provide technical guidance via phone and email, prioritising and escalating issues as needed.
• Screen, refer and diagnose internal PC maintenance requests.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in hardware/software evaluations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to guarantee timely resolution of online system problems.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field or relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Up to two years of experience with Microsoft operating systems, local and remote administration, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven experience delivering remote IT support.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluency in Italian and French.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
