HEV Project Management Assistant (PMA)

About the role

Join ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco as a HEV Project Management Assistant, supporting automotive and engineering projects across multiple locations. You will work within the PMO, coordinating robustness, RFQ, PIV and change‑management activities while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update project reports.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and write meeting minutes.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage platform‑level projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure CAD robustness level 2 (CAD maturity follow‑up).
• Launch and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation).
• Track numerical PIV (Product Validation Plan) digitally.
• Coordinate robustness, RFQ, PIV and GDM (Change Management) activities.
• Work autonomously across multiple projects as a PMO.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), change management (GDM), product robustness, automotive testing and validation, and dashboard monitoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMO tools and methodologies.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Power BI (plus).
• CAD robustness monitoring (CAD maturity level 2).
• PLM systems.
• Change Management (GDM) tools.
