Hospitality Sales Executive

About the role

HotelGenius is a communication platform that connects independent hotels with guests through a guest app, WhatsApp, lobby screens and an AI concierge. We are looking for a Hospitality Sales Executive to launch and grow our presence in Morocco, starting in Marrakech and later expanding to Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Open the Moroccan market by building and managing a target list of riads, boutique hotels and 4‑5★ properties.
• Contact hotels via email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, arrange and conduct on‑site meetings with general managers, owners and front‑office teams.
• Demonstrate the product live, including the guest app, team console, WhatsApp concierge and digital screens.
• Convert hotels from the free plan to Essential and Experience subscription plans and follow up until a decision is reached.
• Support onboarding by collecting hotel content, setting up QR codes and screens, and training staff for a fast go‑live.
• Represent HotelGenius at local hospitality events, trade shows and maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline with weekly reporting.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality – hotel sales, front office, guest relations or tourism studies.
• Experience in B2B sales or as a hotel sales executive is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the Marrakech and/or Casablanca hotel scene, preferably with an existing network.
• Comfortable with door‑to‑door pitching, handling objections and autonomous week‑by‑week planning.
• Fluent in French and Darija/Arabic, with good written and spoken English.
• Based in Marrakech or Casablanca and willing to travel between the two cities.
