Hostess – Luxury Hotel Front‑of‑House

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Hostess to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, the Hostess is a key member of the Food & Beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional quality and service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the hostess stand, review the reservation book and recommend table setups.
• Open the restaurant for business at the prescribed time each shift.
• Inspect cleanliness of the dining room and private dining rooms, make improvements, and ensure each table is properly set before opening.
• Pick up daily menus, insert them into covers, and inspect menus for condition and appearance.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of menus, ingredients and unavailable items for the day.
• Assign seating while adhering to service standards.

Required profile

• One to two years of previous experience in a Food & Beverage outlet.
• College education or equivalent experience; luxury‑hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.
