HR Analyst II – Morocco

About the role

We are looking for an HR Analyst II to join TELUS Digital’s People & Culture team in Morocco. The role will act as the first line of support for the P&C Analyst I, ensuring data integrity in Workday and delivering accurate payroll audits.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first‑line support for P&C Analyst I, providing guidance, training and assistance with complex inquiries.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in Workday.
• Perform regular payroll input audits to validate time entries, pay components and compliance with company policies.
• Identify discrepancies, initiate corrective actions and prevent payroll errors.
• Respond to inquiries via email and Workday Help in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR Operations and other stakeholders to address and resolve audit findings.
• Document audit results, track resolutions and provide reports as needed.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance data accuracy and payroll efficiency.
• Support the P&C Leader with departmental initiatives, analysis and operational projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members in developing technical and professional skills.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions regarding audit findings, provide expert guidance on resolution options and ensure alignment on corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Proven ability to provide guidance and training to junior analysts.
• Experience collaborating with Payroll, HR Operations and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and audit accuracy.
