HR Assistant – Fixed-Term (6 months) – MEA HR Partner

About the role

Amazon is looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support its MEA HR Partner on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as a key administrator for disciplinary and employee‑relations processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bailiff processes for disciplinary actions, including document delivery, notifications, and sanction management.
• Prepare and submit disciplinary packages to labor inspection authorities with summary letters and supporting materials.
• Assemble litigation files in collaboration with external counsel covering HR, payroll, and legal matters.
• Manage on‑site bailiff visits, receive documentation, and arrange follow‑up when attendance is not possible.
• Research, triage, and reassign incoming cases to the appropriate owners, escalating to legal teams when needed.
• Archive all case‑related documentation in employee files, ensuring completeness, traceability, and compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in confidential environments and providing customer service.
• Strong proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
