HR Business Partner – International Manufacturing

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to site managers, supporting the full HR agenda for a multinational flavours, fragrances and ingredients business. Reporting to the HR Director, you will drive workforce planning, talent management and change initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational design and day‑to‑day people matters.
• Lead the complete talent cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and internal mobility.
• Own annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews and talent reviews for the assigned perimeter.
• Support change‑management and organisational transformation projects.
• Identify training needs and develop learning plans aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with local labour legislation, internal policies and group standards.
• Manage employee relations, including interactions with employee representatives.
• Contribute to engagement, retention and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Track and analyse HR KPIs to enable data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably in an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR best practices.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
• Business‑oriented, autonomous and hands‑on mindset.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organisation.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS tools, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
