HR Deputy Manager H/F

About the role

The HR Deputy Manager will lead end‑to‑end payroll and administration for a large workforce, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor regulations and supporting the HR team in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the full payroll cycle, validating variables, overtime, deductions and bonuses to guarantee accuracy.
• Oversee employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts, amendments, leave, attendance and terminations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Moroccan labor laws, manage mandatory CNSS and tax declarations, and act as liaison for labor inspections and external authorities.
• Supervise, train and develop the HR administration and payroll team, distributing workloads and monitoring performance.
• Handle complex employee claims, disciplinary procedures and provide legal HR counsel to management.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and generate dashboards on headcount, payroll costs and absenteeism in coordination with Finance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law or related field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in HR administration and payroll management, preferably for a workforce of 4,000+ employees.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan labor law, CNSS frameworks and payroll taxation.
• Fluent in French and Arabic, with good command of English.
• Resilient leader able to manage high‑volume data and strict deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
