HR Engagement & Development Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Engagement & Development Senior Specialist to join our Yazaki plant in Meknes. The role will drive internal communication, employee engagement and culture initiatives, supporting the company’s growth in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and the regional calendar.
• Create engaging content for internal channels such as email, intranet, newsletters, town halls and presentations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and events.
• Partner with HR, leadership and managers to support communication, culture, employee development and internal mobility programs.
• Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback and analytics.
• Support employer branding and internal storytelling, or initiate new channels.
• Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive and aligned with company values.
• Lead HR projects and ensure compliance with EH&S, QMS and 5S standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or higher) in Human Resources Management, Economics, Communication, Advertising, PR or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR development, communication, hiring or training, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience leading HR projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and French.
