HR Generalist – Tangier

About the role

Allianz Services Morocco is looking for an HR Generalist to join its Tangier site. You will support daily HR operations and work across all HR functions, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration including contracts, employee files, and leave records.
• Support recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, mobility, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Moroccan labor law.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the site.
• Contribute to transversal HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
