HR & L&D Coordinator

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hospitality team as an HR & Learning & Development Coordinator. You will support the HR department while delivering the warm, memorable experiences that define Hilton’s guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office support to guests, applicants and team members with courteous, professional service.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to keep HR operations running smoothly.
• Manage communications including phone calls, emails, mail processing and coordination of meetings.
• Organise travel arrangements and bookings for HR managers.
• Assist with special projects, departmental initiatives and ad‑hoc assignments.

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in data entry and basic office administration.
• Ability to coordinate travel bookings and manage meeting logistics.
