HR Manager – Casablanca

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Food & Seafood business in Casablanca. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, shaping people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning and leadership capability building.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and compliance with Moroccan labour legislation.
• Oversee payroll inputs, employee records and HR administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and deliver training programmes that strengthen organisational capability.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives, works councils, unions and external stakeholders.
• Monitor HR metrics and deliver insights to support business decision‑making.
• Lead HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational effectiveness, including temporary workforce management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience partnering with operational leaders and managing a broad range of HR activities.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour legislation and employment practices.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic highly beneficial.
