HR Manager

About the role

Versigent is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the plant leadership team in Morocco. Reporting to the Plant Manager and functionally to the HR Director, you will oversee all human‑resources activities in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, staffing, development, compensation & benefits, payroll and HR administration at plant level.
• Translate plant business objectives into HR strategies, action plans and KPIs.
• Own core HR processes, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with Moroccan labor law and internal standards.
• Manage industrial relations, social climate, disciplinary actions and labor disputes.
• Drive workforce planning, staffing and development initiatives aligned with production needs.
• Prepare and monitor the HR budget and social indicators, delivering accurate reporting.
• Lead and develop the site HR team, fostering performance and engagement.
• Support internal communication and change management across the plant.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years progressive HR experience, including a management role, preferably in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation.
• Proven experience in labor relations, social dialogue and employee engagement.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to act with urgency, sound judgment and ownership.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
