HR & Recruiting Intern

About the role

This full‑time, remote HR Recruiting Intern position supports the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will post job openings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams while contributing to onboarding and training logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings and create engaging application content.
• Screen resumes, assess candidate fit, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and keep management informed throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Assist with onboarding logistics, prepare documentation, and support orientation activities.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional and HR teams to improve recruiting workflows and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Tech‑savvy and AI‑savvy, with experience as a power user of AI tools.

Required skills

• Experience building and improving homemade applicant tracking systems using tools such as Notion and Airtable.
• Proficiency with automation features and AI tools for creating interviews, questionnaires, and recruitment assessments.
• Ability to design AI‑enhanced recruitment operations and onboarding processes.
