HR Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for white‑collar positions in an industrial environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recruitment needs with hiring managers and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Publish vacancies on appropriate channels and source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, university networks and headhunting.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and coordinate in‑person interviews.
• Manage interview feedback, participate in candidate selection and salary discussions.
• Prepare and extend job offers, following up until the candidate joins.
• Maintain a talent database, produce recruitment reports and ensure confidentiality of all data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial or multinational setting.
• Proven ability to recruit technical, managerial and white‑collar profiles.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment platform proficiency.
• Headhunting techniques for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Advanced CV screening and candidate assessment.
• Knowledge of Moroccan labor law (advantageous).
