HR Specialist – Casablanca

About the role

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced lightweight composite materials, is looking for an HR Specialist to join its Casablanca, Morocco site. The role supports employees across the plant, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee employee transportation services, ensuring reliable, timely, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Manage employee attendance, working hours, leave records, and related data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the main HR contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR‑related matters.
• Handle employee grievances, claims, and disciplinary cases in line with company policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date employee records, complying with data‑protection requirements.
• Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
• Monitor contract expiration dates, coordinate renewals, and advise management on employment status.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Provide HR support outside regular working hours, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays as operational needs dictate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using HR administration tools.
