About the role

Join TE as an HR Support IV and contribute to a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. You will work within the HR Solutions Partners team, supporting a range of human resources activities across employment, employee relations, recruiting, termination, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employment and employee‑relations processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support recruiting initiatives, from job posting to candidate coordination.
• Handle termination procedures and related documentation.
• Perform HR data analysis and metrics reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Implement HR policies at country, regional, or global levels in partnership with management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive company‑wide HR programs and initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant background in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Alignment with TE’s core values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, and Teamwork.
