HRIS Specialist – Digital HR Transformation

About the role

Sika is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support its HR digital transformation across 15 African countries. The role will ensure HR systems operate efficiently, support compensation & benefits processes, and provide analytics for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and continuously improve HR systems, aligning global standards with local business needs.
• Support compensation & benefits administration, salary benchmarking, incentive plans and related reporting across the region.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics and reporting solutions to inform talent and workforce planning.
• Provide training, guidance and stakeholder management for HR teams, promoting adoption of digital HR tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms and compensation & benefits processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French and ability to work across a multicultural, geographically dispersed region.
