HubSpot Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will own and optimise our HubSpot marketing automation ecosystem. You will drive customer engagement, lead generation and revenue growth through data‑led initiatives while collaborating closely with Sales and Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HubSpot owner and subject‑matter expert across the business.
• Design, implement and optimise automation workflows for lead nurturing, retention and sales enablement.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and manage customer segmentation models.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into marketing performance.
• Map customer journeys and manage lifecycle automation programmes.
• Evaluate new HubSpot functionality and recommend enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create targeted communication strategies.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated multi‑channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp Business, SMS, website, social media).
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs and success measures; conduct A/B testing and performance optimisation.
• Monitor campaign results and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Commercially focused marketer with strong analytical thinking.
• Technical expertise in marketing automation and HubSpot.
• Creative mindset able to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through execution and evaluation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Sales and leadership teams.
