Human Resource Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Hexcel is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR initiatives at its Casablanca site. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape HR strategy and contribute to management decisions.
• Coach line managers on complex employee‑relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary actions, and employment law.
• Maintain and update HR policies to stay compliant with evolving Moroccan legislation.
• Monitor absenteeism and workforce trends, providing data‑driven insights and proactive recommendations.
• Identify recruitment needs, manage end‑to‑end hiring, and oversee onboarding programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases for reliable reporting.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles and support managers in creating development plans.
• Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and retention strategies for critical roles.
• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead HR projects that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Required profile

• HR degree from ENCG, ISCAE, HEM or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or Legal Relations.
• 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in employee relations, talent management and organizational change.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Strong workforce analytics and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR compliance and employment legislation.
