About the role
The Human Resources Analyst II provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. The role ensures accurate employee record‑keeping, coordinates HR documentation, and assists with day‑to‑day HR activities to maintain smooth operations and consistent employee support.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems, files, and trackers.
- Process employee information updates, including personal data changes, employment status changes, and internal movements.
- Prepare and issue routine HR documents such as employment certificates, service records, and internal notices.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding administration by preparing required documents and checklists.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate HR‑related requests and track completion of action items.
- Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, programs, and activities.
- Assist in ensuring HR records and processes align with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support internal audits by preparing required HR documentation and maintaining updated policies and SOPs.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, documentation, and records, logging requests and escalating when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
