Human Resources Analyst II

About the role

The Human Resources Analyst II provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. You will manage employee records, process HR documentation, and assist with day‑to‑day HR activities to ensure smooth operations and consistent employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, files, and trackers, handling updates such as personal data changes, employment status changes, and internal movements.
• Prepare and issue routine HR documents, including employment certificates, service records, and internal notices.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing required documents and checklists.
• Coordinate HR‑related requests with internal stakeholders and track completion of action items.
• Assist with compliance by ensuring records align with company policies and labor regulations, and support internal audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes, documentation, and records, logging requests and escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
