Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join Tecnimede Group’s Morocco team. In this role you will act as a strategic link between the HR function and the business, supporting people‑related processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner between Human Resources and the business.
• Support payroll and personnel management, including holidays and absenteeism.
• Prepare monthly information and reports.
• Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
• Participate actively in recruitment and selection processes.
• Contribute to the annual budget and headcount planning.
• Analyze and develop indicators to support people‑management decisions.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to HR change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Good knowledge of labour law and payroll.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR business partner role.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, dynamic and problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
