Human Resources Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Uwin International Center, a growing education consulting agency in Morocco, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Casablanca. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and building effective HR processes as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Lead onboarding and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Implement performance management and employee development processes.
• Handle employee relations, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law.
• Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning as the organization grows.
• Contribute to building a strong, professional, and positive company culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR practices.
• Experience with payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR processes.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; strong English preferred.
• Experience in education, consulting, recruitment or fast‑growing companies is a plus.
