Human Resources Manager – Head of Department

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Casablanca. The role will shape HR strategy, ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law, and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR operations and initiatives across the organization.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and best practices in line with Moroccan labor regulations.
• Oversee full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, contracts, probation reviews, renewals, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Coordinate payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave management and benefits administration.
• Support managers with performance management, employee development and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics and monthly updates for senior management and headquarters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French highly preferred.
