About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and other activities that foster a supportive culture.
• Manage HR data, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
• Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
