Human Resources Manager

About the role

Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Manager will lead HR practices and initiatives that foster an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture. The role ensures compliance with policies, programs and regulations while supporting operational teams to achieve service level goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of HR policies, programs and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate HR service delivery with Operations and Support functions to meet defined service levels.
• Conduct learning sessions for HR team members, practice heads and leaders on policy guidelines and labor‑related issues.
• Provide technical expertise for employee grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Offer career counseling and development guidance to employees.
• Drive engagement interventions based on pulse‑check feedback to improve morale.
• Facilitate training on topics such as Respectful Workplace, ethics and HR fundamentals for non‑HR staff.
• Serve as primary contact for AGMs, ensuring adherence to ethics, security and privacy policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Development or a related field.
• Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, legal compliance and employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage projects, facilitate presentations and lead change initiatives.
