IBP Manager – Integrated Business Planning

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey in Casablanca as an IBP Manager, leading the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Maghreb markets. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, financial optimization, and risk management to support the company’s shift toward smoke‑free products.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, providing business support to Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions that meet future requirements.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives aligned with PMI’s Operations and Supply Chain strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and other functions to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target‑setting through robust IBP processes.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies and EHS standards.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (post‑graduate diploma a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or electronics, with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of driver‑based, top‑down and bottom‑up planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of finance principles, P&L, cash flow and budget cycles.
