About the role
We are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic call‑center team in Casablanca. You will handle incoming customer calls, quickly identify needs, and deliver effective solutions while occasionally supporting sales closures. This position offers a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and employee well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
- Listen actively to understand customer inquiries.
- Identify needs, analyze requests, and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain high standards of service quality.
- Meet both quantitative and qualitative project objectives.
Required profile
- Excellent command of Dutch or Flemish (verbal and written).
- Strong English proficiency (C1 level).
- Strong reasoning and argumentation abilities.
- Commercially driven mindset with empathy.
- Previous experience in inbound telemarketing or call‑center environments is preferred.
