Industrialization Flying Analyst – Embedded Electronics

About the role

The Industrialization Flying Analyst ensures the operational implementation and continuous improvement of industrial processes for embedded electronic components in automotive projects. The role bridges validation requirements with production constraints to guarantee vehicle operability after software updates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and structure project inputs, diagnostic data and technical information.
• Deploy and monitor software configurations and updates through SPARTE.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and validation tools.
• Reproduce, analyse and document technical issues and defects.
• Support issue‑resolution activities in coordination with engineering teams.
• Identify electrical non‑conformities and ensure vehicle operability after updates.
• Report activity status, maintain project traceability and participate in project meetings.
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Experience in automotive validation, embedded systems, software integration or vehicle modernization.
• Knowledge of power‑train systems (combustion, hybrid, electric) and ADAS vehicle electrical/electronic architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Required skills

• Diagnostic tools: Diagalyser, IDVH, DOTI.
• Calibration and validation tools: INCA, CANalyzer.
• Software configuration and update tool: SPARTE.
• EE isolation testing and vehicle validation processes.
