About the role

The Rabat Marriott Hotel is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive health care services to guests and staff. This full‑time, onsite position involves direct patient interaction, clinical assessments, and emergency response within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest health inquiries, record symptoms, and monitor changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs, administer medications and intravenous fluids, and perform wound care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on clinical assessments.
• Provide basic treatments such as temperature checks, blood pressure monitoring, and therapeutic applications.
• Deliver emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and coordinate further medical care when needed.
• Maintain accurate health records, ensure confidentiality, and comply with all hotel and regulatory policies.
• Support a safe environment by reporting accidents, using proper protective equipment, and promoting health‑risk awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the country of practice.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Patient assessment and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Medication administration and IV therapy.
• Wound care and basic therapeutic techniques.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
