Information and Communication Technology Associate

About the role

The Information and Communication Technology Associate provides first‑line ICT support to end‑users in Rabat, working under the supervision of the Senior IT Assistant and the Head of Resources Management. The role involves handling incidents, maintaining documentation, and assisting with the installation and upkeep of ICT equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, update and close user requests and incidents in the help‑desk ticketing system.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support, including basic troubleshooting and immediate solutions.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks, conferencing systems, telephony, and physical security devices.
• Support the relocation and servicing of ICT hardware and manage user accounts under supervision.
• Help update operating systems, apply software patches and firmware to maintain security.
• Contribute to ICT documentation, user guides and reference materials.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education with relevant IT training or a university degree in computer science, systems engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL V4, Microsoft AZ‑900, AZ‑104) are an advantage.
