Information Security Analyst (OT Cybersecurity)

About the role

TE Connectivity is hiring an Information Security Analyst (OT Cybersecurity) for its Tangier manufacturing site (Autonomous Zone 3, business unit Global Automotive). The role leads the deployment and sustainment of the plant's OT cybersecurity program, covering asset inventory, network security, backups, vulnerability management, incident response and awareness training. It is a level 5 position with less than 10% relocation required.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain the plant OT cybersecurity program and ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies, standards and OT security frameworks
• Take part in cybersecurity audits, risk assessments and remediation activities, and keep cybersecurity documentation up to date
• Maintain a complete inventory of OT assets (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial PCs, MES devices, robots, sensors, network equipment) with criticality, ownership, lifecycle, software versions and support status
• Define and maintain OT network architecture and equipment blueprints, monitor compliance with network standards and firewall configurations, and review supplier remote access solutions
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for OT systems, document recovery procedures and run periodic recovery tests
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments, coordinate vulnerability remediation and support endpoint protection, network monitoring and threat detection solutions
• Investigate and resolve OT cybersecurity incidents, develop OT-specific incident response procedures and work with IT Security teams
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness sessions for maintenance, engineering and operations teams and promote secure practices for remote access, USB devices and user management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in OT, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing IT, Cybersecurity or Smart Factory environments
• Experience in automotive, electronics, injection molding, stamping or high-volume manufacturing is preferred
• Preferred targets: 100% OT asset inventory accuracy, 100% backup coverage for critical assets, OT cybersecurity audit compliance above 95%, zero unmanaged remote OT connections, completed awareness training for all relevant plant personnel
