Ingénieur Test et Validation

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Test and Validation Engineer to join its automotive projects. You will work closely with customers to ensure that requirements are testable, complete, and of high quality, and you will contribute to the creation and improvement of test plans.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer requirements for testability, completeness and quality.
• Create and update test cases and scenarios that fully cover the requirements.
• Improve and maintain the overall test plan.
• Present the updated test plan to the customer during quarterly technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in engineering, preferably specializing in embedded systems.
• Proven experience in test automation and validation for software or systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive functionalities and standards such as ISO26262.
• Methodical analytical thinking and familiarity with agile SCRUM methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (C1 level).
