About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for an Automotive Validation Engineer to define, execute and monitor validation activities for vehicle electronic systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to ensure that connectivity, entry, alarm and theft‑protection functions meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain validation and test plans for vehicle electronic systems.
• Manage test campaigns, allocate resources and ensure vehicle availability.
• Monitor test progress, generate validation reports and track open issues.
• Lead validation of Connectivity Access, Start, Vehicle Entry, Alarm and Theft Protection systems.
• Support HW/SW integration and validation for new software and hardware releases.
• Ensure configuration and deliverable traceability using PLM tools.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to safety and quality compliance in line with automotive standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive system validation, specifically Connectivity Access, Start, Vehicle Entry, Alarm and Theft Protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronic architectures and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Functional Safety processes (ISO 26262 is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage open issues and follow‑up projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.
