Inside Sales Associate – Benelux Region

About the role

Join Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions as an Inside Sales Associate focused on the Benelux market. You will support the sales process by preparing accurate price offers, managing orders, and acting as a liaison between customers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the internal system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with product managers and customers, providing prompt assistance and information.
• Participate in ongoing IT training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (B2/C1 level) for effective communication with international clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to ensure meticulous handling of offers and orders.
• Proactive and enthusiastic learner, eager to acquire new skills and adapt to industry trends.
