About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who speaks English. The role focuses on maintaining sales records, updating CRM data, and providing product information to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress.
- Become familiar with the company’s products and services.
- Offer customers information on products and services.
- Assess customers' needs and propose adapted solutions.
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions, and address objections.
Required profile
- Fluent level in English.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
