Inside Sales Associate (France)

About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will support a portfolio of valued customers primarily via telephone, helping them identify and secure the right products and services for their needs. Working closely with field sales representatives, supplier partners, engineers and other internal Arrow resources, the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure pricing accuracy in all quotes.
• Proactively manage an assigned account portfolio, taking regular sales and administrative actions.
• Identify new sales opportunities, provide technical support, data sheets and place purchase orders.
• Maintain accounts by tracking shipments, managing back‑log, expediting orders and troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate with internal corporate groups to ensure customer satisfaction and align with the Distributor Total Available Market (DTAM).
• Provide after‑sales service to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, ADRs, FSRs and other Arrow resources within the territory.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and interact at multiple organizational levels.
• Team‑player mindset with strong collaboration skills across departments.
• Ability to analyze competition, conduct research and profile accounts.
• Willingness to participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE components.
