Inside Sales Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who speaks German to join its Casablanca office. The role focuses on supporting customers by presenting product information, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM data.
• Generate sales reports to provide insights for management.
• Become familiar with the company’s product and service portfolio.
• Offer customers detailed information on products and services.
• Assess customer requirements and propose adapted solutions.
• Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate offerings, answer questions, and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
