Inside Sales Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate who is fluent in German to join its growing team in Casablanca. You will support the sales organization by ensuring accurate data management, providing administrative assistance, and handling vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system with high accuracy.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and coordinating meetings.
• Manage vendor requests and resolve order‑related issues to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication abilities in English.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with maintaining data in a CRM platform).
