Inside Sales Associate

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support a portfolio of valued IT customers. The role focuses on telephone‑based sales, quoting, and after‑sales service to help customers secure the right products and services for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers primarily by phone to understand requirements and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare and quote Bill of Materials (BOM) ensuring correct pricing.
• Proactively manage an assigned account portfolio, including order tracking, shipment monitoring, backlog management and order expediting.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, supplier partners, engineers and internal Arrow resources to deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify new sales opportunities, provide technical support, data sheets and place purchase orders.
• Conduct competition analysis, research and profiling to strategically grow market share.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and provide post‑sale follow‑up.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 2–5 years of inside sales experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse problems, follow standard procedures and make sound decisions.
