About the role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive business development in air and sea freight for our international freight forwarding client. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of importers and exporters, delivering accurate quotations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of importers and exporters.
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on air and sea freight quotations.
- Generate new business opportunities through telephone prospecting.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient shipment handling and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding (air and/or sea freight) in Morocco.
- An active customer portfolio in air and sea freight.
- Excellent French communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset, and results‑driven approach.
