About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the HPE Juniper portfolio in Morocco. You will work directly with end‑users and partners to drive new business and renewals, delivering a high‑quality customer experience through proactive communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and renewal opportunities for HPE Juniper solutions.
- Engage end‑users and partners to articulate value, discuss pricing, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Provide quotes, pricing details, product information, and documentation to partners.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and daily updates in the CRM system.
- Follow established sales processes, HPE Juniper guidelines, and partner engagement frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve pricing, product, SLA, or billing issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a customer portfolio in a phone‑based or inside sales role.
- Background in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Support within tech, SaaS, or IT environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value to end‑users and partners.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, partner‑led sales environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a high‑volume renewal pipeline.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or equivalent.
