About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who speaks Italian to join its growing team in Casablanca. You will support customers by presenting the company’s IT solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports.
- Become familiar with Arrow’s product and service portfolio.
- Provide customers with information on products and services and propose adapted solutions.
- Assess customer needs and conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate offerings, answer questions, and handle objections.
Required profile
- Fluent in Italian (written and oral).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
