About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a German‑speaking Inside Sales Team Leader to guide and develop its inside‑sales team in Casablanca.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
- Identify and address team member training needs.
- Facilitate open and effective communication within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
- Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
